1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the record keeping and tracking services, digital resources, or physical items offered by LedgoriaHub, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Description of Offerings

Our offerings include live services, downloadable guides or templates, and physical supplies. Access to each category is subject to the provisions below.

3. Live Services

Live services include scheduled consultations, setup assistance, and ongoing support. Fees for live services are due at the time of booking.

4. Digital Resources

Digital resources include guides, spreadsheets, and template packages delivered via immediate download upon purchase.

5. Physical Supplies

Physical supplies include printed ledgers, planners, and related materials shipped to the address you provide at checkout.

6. Payment and Billing

All fees are quoted in Canadian dollars. Payments are processed securely through a third-party provider. You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing information.

7. Reimbursement Policy

7.1 Live Services

If you cancel at least seven days before the scheduled service, you are eligible for a full reimbursement to your original payment method. Alternatively, you may opt for a credit toward a future service. Cancellations made less than seven days before the scheduled date are not eligible for reimbursement, due to preparation and allocation of resources.

7.2 Digital Resources

Due to immediate access and delivery, purchases of digital resources are not eligible for reimbursement. If a file is defective or fails to download, please contact us. We will provide a replacement or offer a credit.

7.3 Physical Supplies

If an item arrives damaged or does not match the description, please contact us within fourteen days of receipt. Defective items will be replaced at no extra cost. If a non-defective item is sent back, you will receive a reimbursement minus original shipping fees.

8. Service Transfer

You may request to transfer a booked service to a different date or time within thirty days of the original appointment, subject to staff availability. Transfer requests made less than seven days in advance may incur a service fee.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

All offerings are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LedgoriaHub does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to services or resources.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, LedgoriaHub will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our offerings.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and applicable federal legislation.
